Comprehensive safety inspection of the photovoltaic power station before leaving

        Modules: Whether it is covered, whether the surface is covered with a lot of dust, debris, bird droppings and other dirt, it must be cleaned up in time——only use a soft cloth to clean it, dry or damp. It is recommended to clean up in the early morning or evening, with low sunlight and low module temperature.

        Bracket: Whether the bracket is rusted, bent, deformed, cracked or burned; Whether the fixing screws (bracket and component, bracket and base) of each part are loose, rusted, or damaged, if necessary, adjust or replace in time.

        Cable: Solar power station cables should use special solar cables that can withstand harsh environments (such as Slocable‘s solar cables).  During the inspection, it should be clear whether the cable layout behind the module is regular, whether all kinds of connectors and wiring are unstable or whether the wire ends are exposed. If there is such a situation, it should be handled in time to avoid the fire caused by wet weather or accumulated water in rainy and snowy weather.

        Inverter: Check whether the connectors of the wiring in the inverter are loose. If there is a virtual connection, it may cause a fire. You need to contact the installer for maintenance in time. The inverter structure and electrical connection should be kept intact, there should be no rust, dust accumulation, etc., the heat dissipation environment should be good, and there should be no large vibration and abnormal noise when the inverter is running.

        Distribution box: Check whether the circuit breaker in the distribution box is working properly.

        Meter: Check whether the photovoltaic meter is in arrears (bright yellow light). If there are arrears, you need to pay the grid company in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the power station and delaying revenue.

         In addition, check the insulation of the electrical system to ensure that the resistance of the system to the ground is large enough.

Emergency handling of photovoltaic power plants

        During the holidays, unexpected situations may be encountered. Therefore, the emergency response must be handled. First, check whether the monitoring of the inverter is normal, and ensure that you can check the status of the power station through the monitoring anytime and anywhere after you leave, so that abnormalities occur. Can seek help in time for processing.

        During the Spring Festival, many factories stopped work and the electricity load dropped. Therefore, the Power Supply Bureau may restrict or stop the power generation of some wind power and photovoltaic companies. If you receive a notice from the power supply bureau, you can remotely monitor it through the mobile phone APP, and you can also restrict or stop the transmission.

        During the Spring Festival, if the power station is unfortunately damaged by a firecracker explosion, or the cable is bitten by a small animal causing grounding and other accidents, it may cause safety hazards such as fire and electric shock in the power station. The inverter can be shut down remotely at the first time to avoid the expansion of the accident, And then notify the nearby relatives and friends to cut off the PV DC and AC connections to completely eliminate potential safety hazards.
