This Multi-Contact MC4 connector comes with the housing and the metal crimp contacts. These connectors require an MC4 crimping tool in order to meet UL standards and pass inspection. We recommend purchasing two of the MC4 disconnect tools for tightening these connectors. They are not necessary, but it makes assembly a lot easier and does not risk damaging the connector with pliers.
