Construction scheme of inverter floating platform

The floating platform used in this project is a practical new type, simple structure, convenient site construction and good stability of the floating platform. The characteristics of this platform design are: the shell is welded by steel plate, the shell is filled with extruded polystyrene floating material, the outer circumference and the top of the shell are poured with reinforced concrete, and the outer circumference and the top of the shell are poured with reinforced concrete, to form a concrete floating platform. The shell is welded by steel plates and a stiffening beam is arranged to prevent the extrusion deformation in the course of concrete pouring; the inner wall of the shell is coated with anti-corrosion paint to meet the service life requirements under the corresponding environment; the outer wall of the shell is provided with plum-shaped anchorage steel bars, it is anchored into the concrete wall and the roof outside the steel plate, thus ensuring the integrity of the shell and the concrete enclosure of the floating platform, in order to prevent the floating platform from collision and damage in the process of transportation and hoisting, the corresponding hooks are arranged around the top plate of the floating platform, which also act as anchor ears when the floating platform is anchored.

 

1. First, steel plates and stiffening beams are welded to form a floating platform shell with the opening upward, the outer side of the shell is welded and anchored with steel bars, and the inner side of the shell is coated with anti-corrosion coating after anti-corrosion treatment, xPS extruded polystyrene is filled by internal lamination bonding and then the shell is turned upside down to make the opening face down. The roof on the outside of the shell is welded and anchored with reinforcing bars.

 

2. After the shell is made, the shells are placed in position and fixed reliably, and the steel mesh of the floating platform wall plate and the roof plate is tied; the angle steel protecting angle of the fixed circumferential ring, the hook and the embedded parts of the plate roof are fixed reliably, a formwork for the concrete outer wall plate is arranged on the circumference circle and is fixed.

 

3. Pour the concrete on the side wall and the roof of the floating platform, vibrate fully, and maintain the concrete. After the concrete strength is 100% , remove the outer formwork, the floating platform can be transported, hoisted to the corresponding position and fixed with underwater anchor rope around the connection point; the upper railing of the platform can be installed after equipment is in place.
